Job Title: Registered ManagerHorsham, west sussexSalary: £35,000 - £45,000We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to join our new domiciliary care provider based in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead and grow our new service, ensuring the highest standards of care are provided to our clients.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and legislationDevelop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high-quality standards of careRecruit, train, and manage a team of care staff, providing ongoing support and guidanceConduct regular assessments and reviews of clients' care plans to ensure their needs are being metMaintain accurate records and documentation, including staff and client filesMonitor and manage the budget for the service, ensuring financial targets are metLiaise with external stakeholders, such as local authorities and healthcare professionals, to build positive relationships and promote the serviceContinuously evaluate and improve the service to meet the changing needs of clients and the businessRequirements:Registered ManagerMinimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within domiciliary careStrong knowledge of CQC regulations and requirementsExcellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a teamStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, staff, and external stakeholdersGood understanding of budget management and financial reportingProficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software systemsMust have a valid UK driving license and access to a vehicleWe Offer:Competitive salary and bonus packageOpportunities for career development and progressionSupportive and inclusive working environmentPension scheme and other benefitsIf you are a dedicated and passionate Registered Manager looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
