This is a hands-on role managing client accounts, driving adoption, and spotting opportunities to grow revenue.This is an additional role to strengthen their team due to expansion and offers a great stepping stone to move into an Account Manager based role within 12-18 months.The Sales Support/Account Manager will have some internal sales experience and will see you working closely with the Business Development Account Managers.You will be responsible for taking the volume requests away from the account managers.You will liase with the internal support team who deal with all the incoming tickets to produce quotes.These quotes are produced using MS Dynamics CRM System.What Youll DoManage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients via phone and onlineUnderstand client needs and demonstrate the value of the softwareHandle renewals, upselling, and account supportDeliver virtual demos and trainingKeep Microsoft Dynamics CRM records up to date and collaborate across teams running various reports on a daily basisThe Sales Support and Account Manager will need:Proven B2B sales or sales support experienceStrong Microsoft Dynamics CRM skillsConfident working with local authorities or public sector clientsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-starter with strong ownership and driveTech-savvy; knowledge of Microsoft, SharePoint, JIRA, and AWS a bonusThis is a brilliant opportunity for someone ready to hit the ground running and make an impact in a fast-paced, growing SaaS business.Key Responsibilities of the Sales Support and Account Manager:Manage and grow a portfolio of existing software clients through regular phone and digital touchpointsUnderstand each customers business challenges and how their software addresses their needsDrive product adoption and feature usage through consultative selling and user educationIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client usage patterns and business goalsHandle renewals, ensure on-time contract execution, and mitigate churn risks proactivelyAct as the primary point of contact for customer queries, ensuring swift resolution and satisfactionDeliver virtual product demos and training sessions to new or expanding clientsMaintain accurate records in the CRM, tracking interactions, feedback, and sales progressWork closely with marketing, onboarding, and technical support teams to ensure a seamless customer experienceTPBN1_UKTJ
