A well-established and globally renowned manufacturing organisation are hiring an Engineering Technician (mechanical bias) on a permanent basis. Working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, the primary focus of the role is to ensure the safe and consistent operation production, processing, and packaging equipment. Shift: Monday to Friday (days), 37.5 hours, flexible start and finish times.Benefits: 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), company pension scheme, annual bonus, life assurance, health insurance, and income protection.Key responsibilities:Perform preventative, planned, and reactive maintenance tasksInterpret and work from isometric drawings, P&IDs, blueprints, and other technical documentationTroubleshoot faults, identify required parts, and carry out mechanical/electrical repairsLiaise with contractors and suppliers for equipment servicing and upgradesEnsure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality standardsTo be considered for this opportunity, candidates must hold a Level 3 qualification (or higher) in either mechanical or electrical engineering and have experience in a similar position within a manufacturing/production environment.TPBN1_UKTJ
