Together, were building a better future.About the Role:As our Tenancy Sustainment & Support Coordinator, youll provide essential administrative and coordination support to our Tenancy Sustainment & Support Team. Youll be the first point of contact for incoming referrals, triaging and allocating them appropriately, managing shared inboxes, and ensuring safeguarding cases are tracked and escalated in line with policy.Youll also support the team with data collection, reporting, and communication - helping us deliver timely, customer-focused services that make a real impact. Your attention to detail and ability to juggle priorities will help keep the team running smoothly and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Triage and prioritise referrals, ensuring timely allocation to Case ManagersManage shared inboxes and respond to routine queriesTrack safeguarding cases and escalate concerns as neededMaintain accurate records and referral logsLiaise with internal teams and external partners to gather informationSupport GDPR compliance and data auditsAssist with customer-focused initiatives (e.g., fuel vouchers, food and energy support)Help prepare promotional materials and internal/external communicationsWhat Were Looking ForMust haves:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience triaging tasks and managing shared inboxesUnderstanding of safeguarding principles and confidentialityExperience handling sensitive or confidential dataProficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systemsAbility to prioritise and manage workload independentlyNice to haves:Knowledge of social housing or customer support environmentsStrong time management and organisational skillsExperience supporting multi-agency or safeguarding meetingsFor added brilliance:A pragmatic and common-sense approach to problem-solvingPassion for supporting vulnerable customers and helping them sustain tenanciesExperience within property management, social housing or local authority.
