I'm looking for an Estimator to join an award-winning fire protection business based in Halifax.Role Responsibilities:Pricing works for the business units and as part of the large bid teamLiaising with clients to understand the scopeSite visits and precontract meetings as requiredLiaising with operational staff to understand the costs associated with delivering the projectDeveloping pricing models and rate schedules for different environments and sectorsProviding the operational teams with clear scope and budget parameters to assist with the profitable delivery of contractsNegotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricingLiaising with clients to resolve quotation queriesDeveloping a menu of prices for an 'automated' response to small work pricingExperience Required:Pricing of passive fire and fire door works desirable but not essentialPricing of construction works and construction pricing modelsMicrosoft officeQualifications Required:Estimating or equivalent to HND standardThe salary is £40,000 to £55,000 plus an excellent benefits package.TPBN1_UKTJ
