Clinical LeadNursing Home Location: Norwich Pay Rate: £24.00 per hour Im currently supporting a well-established nursing home in Norwich that is looking for an experienced Clinical Lead to join their leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, clinically strong nurse ready to take on a role with more responsibility and influence over care standards. Both RGN and RMN-qualified nurses will be considered for this position. The Role As Clinical Lead, you will play a key part in ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered across the home. You will support the Home Manager with clinical governance, mentor and guide the nursing team, and act as a point of expertise for complex care needs.
