FINTEC recruit is looking for a Senior Structural Engineer for our engineering consultancy client. This is a permanent role which can be based either in Chorley or in Shrewsbury. Salary negotiable by experience up to circa £55,000 plus benefitsResponsibilities:Working as part of a Team supporting on projects.Producing detailed structural calculations and sketchesPreparation of construction drawings and specificationsReport WritingSite visits to verify construction complies with construction drawingsSkills and Experience required for the Structural Engineer:Minimum three years experience within Structural design including steelwork, reinforced concrete and masonry construction to Euro Code standardProficient use of AutoCAD, Masterseries and TEDDS design softwareCommercial awareness of costing, budgets and quotationsUnderstanding of STAAD.Pro, SCIA and RevitProject management and leadership skillsWilling to work towards or nearing Chartered StatusFull details of the Senior Structural Engineer role is available on application.
