CNC Programmer / SetterPermanent Position£42,000 to £50,000 basic salary - plus overtime available Immediate positionThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Milling CNC Programmer and Setter - that is looking to grow and develop your career. Dealing in Aviation, Automotive, Marine and high spec engineering quality machining. We are looking for someone at the top of the industry who wants to show their skills and capabilities Must have experience with setting and operating 5 axis or 4 axis or 3 axis CNC Milling machinesBased in Stone, Staffordshire Days Monday to Friday 7am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 7am to 1pm FridayBased in Stone, Staffordshire Working in a high end manufacturing and production environmentExperienced in machining complex components from a variety of metalsDuties of a CNC Programmer / Setter OperatorWorking in the automotive, aviation and marine industry Reading and interpreting technical blue prints inputting the design specifications Adjusting machine cutting paths and performing quality checks Inputting the product design into the computer modelling software Set and operate CNC machinery to produce designated components.Set part datums using probing cycles and manual methodsAble to enter and change tool lengths and datum positions as and when needed.Ensure all equipment used is in calibration and good operating condition Experience required for a CNC Programmer / Setter Operator MillingCNC Programming Previous work experience on 5 axis, 4 axis or 3 axis CNC Machines Set and operate CNC using Fanuc control Relevant experience within Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering Understanding of Engineering drawingsWorking knowledge of control systemsChange tools, know speeds and feedsAbility to use a variety of in process gauging and inspection equipmentMachining experienceExperienced in machining complex components from a variety of metalsGood communicator, written and verbalWorking in a manufacturing and production background Details for a CNC Programmer / Setter £42,000 to £50,000 basic salary - plus overtime available Days - 7am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 7am to 1pm FridayImmediate start for the right candidate 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays Company pay care / benefits scheme (medical, dentist, eye care)Work wear provided Free Parking on site Based in Stone, Staffordshire.If you have the relevant experience for the CNC Programmer / Setter - please click apply TPBN1_UKTJ
