This role is ideal for someone with experience in welding and team leadership who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on setting.The successful candidate will be an excellent team player with strong organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a proactive can-do attitude.Key Responsibilities as a Shift SupervisorWork closely with the Production Team Leader to prioritise workflow.Manage and collect timesheets for processing.Ensure production team members have the tools and resources needed to complete tasks.Review and sign off work against issued drawings.Hold team members accountable for daily output targets.Keep the workshop floor clear and organised.Support production by assisting with welding tasks when needed.Requirements as a Shift SupervisorMinimum 1 year of staff management experience.Experience with engineering drawings.MIG welding and steel work experience would be beneficial.Full UK driving licence and own transport.If the opportunity a Shift Supervisor is of interest, please dont hesitate to apply and contact Jemma at Orion, Reading.TPBN1_UKTJ
