The role involves hands-on site work, assisting qualified electricians with all aspects of installation, testing, and commissioning. Ideal for someone keen to develop their trade skills within a professional and safety-driven environment.Key Responsibilities Support electricians with commercial and renewable installations.Assist with containment, cable routing, pulling, fixing, and termination.Help with testing and commissioning under supervision.Maintain high safety and quality standards on-site.Report progress or issues to the site lead or project manager. Essential Requirements Experience as an Electrician's Mate, Electrical Improver, or Electrical Labourer.Valid ECS or CSCS card.City & Guilds or EAL Level 2 and Level 3 Electrical Installations (Building & Structures).Full UK driving licence and own transport. Desirable Qualifications NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.AM2 Assessment.2391/2394/2395 Inspection & Testing.PV or EV Installation Course (C&G, EAL, or BPEC).ECS Gold Card.
