Fire Stopping Supervisor (Working Supervisor) Salary: £38,000-40,000 per annum Location: Midlands Sector: Passive Fire Protection / Social Housing / Commercial / Healthcare Start Date: ASAPWe are recruiting an experienced SSSTS Fire Stopping Supervisor to join a growing Passive Fire Protection team. This is a working supervisor role covering national projects across social housing (including HRBs), commercial buildings, and healthcare environments. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise fire stopping operatives across a range of live projects. Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring works are completed safely, compliantly, and to specification. Carry out hands-on fire stopping works as required (working supervisor). Ensure high standards of workmanship in line with Passive Fire Protection requirements. Conduct quality checks, complete documentation, and liaise with clients and internal teams. Support the delivery of works across social housing, commercial, and healthcare projects.Essential RequirementsValid driving licence. SSSTS (active). NVQ Level 2 – Passive Fire Protection. CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card. Minimum 3 years' experience in Passive Fire Protection. Minimum 2 years' experience working as an SSSTS supervisor.Preferred (Not Mandatory)Enhanced DBS. CSCS Gold Card / NVQ Level 3 in Site Supervision. 3–5+ years' experience in PFP. UKATA Asbestos Awareness. Experience working with Firefly, Rockwool, or Quelfire systems.Desirable Bonus SkillsIPAF PASMA Experience using One Trace softwareTPBN1_UKTJ
