Your responsibilities will include: Managing a team of field-based engineers, ensuring smooth delivery of all worksOverseeing contracts from initial scope to completionPreparing accurate estimates and scoping documents for mechanical/plumbing projectsCoordinating and ordering materials to ensure projects run efficientlyEnsuring all works comply with health & safety legislation and company policiesMaintaining strong client relationships and providing professional supportMonitoring contract performance, budgets, and profitabilityWorking closely with the Electrical Manager and other members within the team to ensure a smooth What will you need for the role :Relevant Qualifications within Building Engineering Services or related Engineering equivalent to City and Guilds In Plumbing etcSMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS, IOSH or Nebosh high desirablePrevious responsibility for managing engineers or overseeing multi-site contractsStrong understanding of scoping, estimating, and delivering mechanical worksExcellent knowledge of health & safety and compliance standardsA proactive, organised approach with strong communication skillsFull UK driving licence (company car provided)TPBN1_UKTJ
