Mobile PlumberLocation: London (covering multiple commercial sites)Salary: £40,000£45,000 + Van & Fuel Card + BenefitsA leading building services and facilities maintenance provider is seeking a skilled Mobile Plumber to join their team, covering a portfolio of commercial office buildings across London.This role involves carrying out both installation and maintenance works, ensuring plumbing systems operate safely and efficiently. Its ideal for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, can work independently, and enjoys a mobile, varied role across different client sites.Key Responsibilities:Carry out installations, servicing, and maintenance of plumbing systems in commercial buildingsWork on TMVs, hot and cold water systems, water heaters, pipework, and sanitary wareConduct L8 water hygiene tasks and temperature monitoringDiagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safelyRespond to reactive maintenance requests and planned worksEnsure compliance with health & safety and building regulationsMaintain accurate service records and reportsLiaise with clients and colleagues to ensure excellent customer serviceSkills & Experience:NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing or equivalentDemonstrable experience in commercial plumbing maintenance and installationsGood understanding of L8 and water hygiene regulationsExperience working on TMVs, hot water systems, and water heatersStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsFull UK driving licence (essential)Excellent communication and customer service skillsWhats on Offer:Salary between £40,000£45,000 per annumCompany van + fuel cardMonday to Friday working hoursOvertime opportunities availableTraining and career progression within a growing facilities management businessTPBN1_UKTJ
