Electrical Compliance Team LeaderThis role involvesleading electrical compliance installation projectsacross a varied UK client base. The position focuses on machinery safety upgrades, control panel modifications, ATEX installations, inspections and remedial works, delivering high-quality, compliant solutions within industrial and manufacturing environments while working closely with multi-disciplinary engineering teams.This position would suit an experienced Electrical Leader or Industrial controls electrician who enjoys leading small teams and taking ownership of project delivery.Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of 5 delivering electrical compliance installation works Oversee machinery safety upgrades, control panel remedials and ATEX installations Support mobilisation, scheduling and delivery of electrical projects Carry out toolbox talks to ensure the team understand the task at hand. Act as a point of contact for the client.
