You will work with chillers, packaged boilers, AHUs, pumps, heat exchangers and associated plant. Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation & CommissioningInstall and commission temporary chillers, packaged boilers and AHUsSet up controls, sensors, setpoints and safety systemsIntegrate temporary plant with client electrical and hydronic systemsComplete commissioning tests and safety checksMaintenance & ServicingDeliver PPM on temporary HVAC plantPerform refrigerant checks, burner tuning and combustion analysisInspect pumps, valves, motors, filters and electrical componentsUse remote monitoring systems for performance optimisationBreakdowns & Technical SupportAttend emergency breakdowns UK-wideDiagnose mechanical, electrical, refrigeration and combustion faultsCarry out safe and effective repairsProvide on-site support and technical guidance to clientsOperational & SafetyAssist with mobilisation and demobilisation of temporary plantComplete RAMS, reports and service documentationMaintain high levels of health & safety complianceTake part in an on-call rota for 24/7 supportWhat Were Looking ForExperienceCommercial chiller experience (air-cooled / water-cooled)Commercial boiler, burner and combustion experienceMulti-skilled HVAC, refrigeration or industrial heating backgroundExperience with temporary/mobile plant is an advantageQualificationsF-Gas certification (preferred)Commercial Gas tickets (advantageous)NVQ Level 3 Mechanical/Electrical/HVAC or equivalentFull UK driving licenceSkills & AttributesExcellent fault-finding capabilityStrong safety awarenessAble to work independentlyCalm under pressureStrong communication and customer-facing skillsFlexible with UK-wide travelBenefitsCompany carPension schemeOvertimeAdditional leaveSick payLife insuranceFree/subsidised travelFree parkingCompany eventsFull PPE, tools and equipmentClear progression in a rapidly expanding businessWork Location:Field-based (Redditch depot)TPBN1_UKTJ
