Manage kitchen operations, including stock control and food safety compliance. Lead and motivate a small team to deliver exceptional standards. Work closely with care staff to meet dietary requirements and preferences.What Were Looking For: Previous experience as a Chef (Head Chef experience desirable but not essential) in a care home setting. Strong knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards. Ability to manage a team and maintain high standards under pressure.
