Ensure learner progression and uphold duty of care during training.What We're Looking ForEssential: Level 3 Technical Certificate (or equivalent) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering. Proven experience in electrical or engineering roles. Strong practical electrical skills and IT proficiency. Desirable: Previous instructional experience in military or civilian settings.
