Theteam currently comprises of 4professionals. The team manages a portfolio mainly across Liverpool and North West as a whole and you will be responsible for Valuations across avarietyof Commercial, Residential and Development assets. This is an ideal opportunity for someone lookingfor their nextstep, takingownership ofa varied portfolio, supporting ongoing andnewinstructions, whilst being part of a wider, national team. There will also be mentoring opportunities to support thoseat the beginning of their career. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Valuation of a varietyof commercial,residential,anddevelopmentassets Thoroughunderstanding ofRICSStandards Undert akinginspections, research and writing of valuationreportsfor a varietyof different purposesincluding internalasset purposes, secured lending,and pensionpurposes. Promo ting our services, generating new businessand maintainingstrongworkingrelationships with clients Supporting the team with fee proposals fornew business Supporting ong oingand new instructions forcolleagues and existingclients M entoring juniormembers ofthe team Build ing relationships across thenationalvaluation team and widerservicelines WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SELECTED? MRICS and RICS Registered Valuer (preferably) Good knowledge of the local property markets A full driving licence Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and within specific agreed fees. Proficient in valuation and Microsoft office software Willing to work in support of the wider team, whilst also taking responsibility for their own caseload. WHATS IN IT FOR YOU?
