What Youll Be Doing Advising a wide range of clients includinggovernment bodies, sponsors, funders, developers, employers, operators, contractors, sub-contractors, and professional teams . Providing strategic legal support onprocurement strategies ,facilities management , anddispute avoidance/resolution mechanisms . Drafting, reviewing, and negotiatingconstruction and engineering contractsacross a variety of sectors and project types. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as atrusted advisorwho delivers timely and practical solutions. Collaborating with national and international colleagues on high-value, complex matters. Benefiting from robustlearning, development, and mentoring frameworksto support your professional growth. About You Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) withat least 3 years PQEin non-contentious construction law. Experience advising on construction and engineering projects within the UK. Sound technical understanding ofJCT ,NEC , and other standard form contracts. Excellent communication and client relationship skills. Enthusiastic, proactive, and a strong team player.
