We are looking for a Registered Manager to manage an EBD residential home for young people.Registered Manager responsibilities include:The daily running of the homeStaff managementBudgetsEnsuring that a high standard of care is maintained at all times Compliance with all current legislation relatingTo be considered for the role you will have:2 Years management experience within young peoples servicesAn established record of consistently achieving Good/Outstanding ratings from OfstedHave completed the RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership + Management / ILM Level 5Excellent working knowledge of childrens homes national minimum standards and the Childrens Act 2010The successful applicant will be rewarded with ongoing career progression, excellent pay, generous holiday entitlement and future opportunity to progress in to senior management.
