About the Role As a Registered Manager, you will guide and motivate your team to deliver outstanding care, nurturing environments, and positive experiences for every child in the home. With your leadership, the home will remain safe, stable, and full of warmthsomewhere children can truly belong. To support exceptional leaders,our client offers a £5,000 relocation bonusfor those willing to move for the role. Alongside a competitive salary, you could earnup to £18,000 per year in quarterly bonuses , based on occupancy levels and achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings.
