Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils with a range of additional needs (SEMH/ADHD) Develop and implement personalised learning plans (EHCPs) that support academic progress and emotional wellbeing. Confidently deliver a diversity of Speech and Language Therapy interventions Use creative, multisensory approaches to make learning accessible and enjoyable for all Track progress, assess learning outcomes, and contribute to whole-school development.
