Were recruiting for an experienced Service Manager to cover a period of maternity leave within a CQC-regulated service based in Andover. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and confident leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting a dedicated staff team. The role will be office-based in Andover, with some travel required between nearby sites. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the team to deliver safe, effective, and high-quality care in line with CQC standardsEnsure compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirementsPromote a positive, person-centred culture across the serviceManage day-to-day service operations, staffing, and performanceBuild strong relationships with service users, families, and external professionalsRequirements Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent)essentialProven experience in service management within a CQC-regulated care settingStrong knowledge of CQC standards and compliance expectationsExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skillsPlease note: there is no requirement for this role to be registered with CQC; however, a comprehensive understanding of CQC regulations is essential.
