CSCS Fitter People Solutions are currently recruiting for a CSCS Fitter to join our well-established client based in Tewkesbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a family-owned business specialising in the installation of retail signage and display systems across the UK and Europe. ShiftsWorking Monday to Sunday – various day and night shifts available (39 hours per week)Up to 2 nights out per week may be required (expenses and allowance included) Rates of Pay£13.00 – £18.00 per hour (depending on experience and shift pattern) Benefits Great rates of payGuaranteed hoursOpportunity to go permanentFully funded training and ticket upgradesWeekly paySubsistence allowance for nights outOvertime and enhanced rates of payCompany uniform providedVehicle provided after probationDay-to-Day DutiesAs a CSCS Fitter, your duties will include (but are not limited to): Installing POS equipment as required by the clientCompleting jobs individually or as part of a team of Fitters/ContractorsWorking from designs or diagrams and completing site surveysLoading and unloading products, ensuring they are secure and undamaged in transitCompleting relevant paperwork accuratelyWorking away from home when requiredEssential SkillsTo be successful as a CSCS Fitter, you will need: A good understanding of health and safety requirements and site risksTo live within a commutable distance of TewkesburyThe ability to work well individually and as part of a teamStrong understanding of technical diagrams and good hand-to-eye coordinationProfessional communication skills with the ability to represent the company on-sitePrevious experience as a Fitter/Installer or in a similar roleA full UK Driving Licence (no more than three points)A valid CSCS CardDesirable Experience Experience driving a 3.5t VanValid IPAF LicenceCurrent passport and willingness to travel abroad when requiredPrevious experience as a POS Fitter/InstallerTraining ProvidedFull training on company policies and procedures will be provided by the client.
