About the RoleKPI Recruiting are looking for an experiencedContract Catering Chefto join our client's team based inGirvan . This is an exciting temporary opportunity to work in afast-paced, professional kitchenenvironment within a well-established organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality meals, maintaining excellent food hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth service delivery during this busy period. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cookfresh, high-quality mealsto meet daily service requirements.Maintain exceptional standards offood hygiene, safety, and cleanlinessin line with company policies and legal requirements.Ensure that all food preparation and presentation meet agreed company standards.Work efficiently to meettight service deadlineswhile maintaining quality.Follow site-specificmenus and recipesto ensure continuity of service.Promote a friendly and professional working atmosphere in the kitchen.Assist with stock rotation, deliveries, and general kitchen duties as required.RequirementsProven experience as aChefin a contract catering, industrial catering, or large-volume environment.Strong understanding offood safety and hygiene regulations(Level 2 or higher qualification preferred).Ability to work efficiently under pressure in afast-paced kitchen .Reliable, professional, and flexible approach to work.Good communication and teamwork skills.Must have ownchef whitesandnon-slip shoes(PPE required).Working Hours07:00 – 14:30 , Monday to Friday.Additional1 hour paid travel timeincluded each day.Approx.2 weeks of work , with potential for further opportunities.What We Offer£17.51 per hour , paid weekly (every Friday).Opportunity to work within a respected catering operation at awell-known facility in Girvan .A professional yet friendly working environment.Possibility of further assignments with KPI Recruiting after this contract.Why Work with KPI Recruiting?KPI Recruiting are a trusted recruitment agency connecting skilled catering professionals with reputable clients across the UK.
