About the RoleIntSol Care Personnel is seeking askilled and motivated Registered Managerto lead achildrens residential homesupporting young people aged1217withEmotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) . Youll be responsible for ensuring the home operates to thehighest standards of care and compliance , in line with theChildrens Homes Regulations 2015andOfsted Quality Standards . This is a pivotal leadership role within avalues-driven organisationdedicated to delivering exceptional therapeutic care and creating nurturing environments where young people can truly flourish.Key Responsibilities Lead the homesdaily operationsas the Ofsted Registered Manager. Ensurefull compliancewith Ofsted regulations and statutory frameworks. Develop, supervise, and support the staff team throughcoaching and training . Act asDesignated Safeguarding Lead , promoting best practice at all times. Managecare planning, budgets, and staffing levelseffectively. Buildpositive working relationshipswith local authorities, schools, and partner agencies. Drive aculture of reflective, trauma-informed, and child-centred care .RequirementsLevel 5 Diplomain Leadership for Residential Childcare (or equivalent). Minimum 5 yearsresidential childcare experience, including2+ years in management . Strong knowledge ofOfsted frameworks ,Childrens Homes Regulations , andsafeguarding standards . Excellentleadership, communication, and organisational skills .
