Superior Healthcare is looking for Healthcare Support Workers to support a wonderful 7-year-old child living in Ashtead . About the Role You'll be part of a dedicated team caring for a child with Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy , ensuring their complex health needs are managed while helping them live a happy, fulfilled life. Clinical needs include: PEG/JEJ feeding Seizure management Ceiling hoist use What Will You Be Doing? Providing safe, compassionate care tailored to the child's needs Engaging in play and floor-based activities (so you'll need to be physically active!) Supporting their health and wellbeing so they can enjoy life to the fullest What We're Looking For At least 6 months' experience in a care role Ideally have experience supporting children Competency in PEG feeding , seizure management , and ceiling hoist use A driver's licence (location isn't accessible by public transport) Shifts & Pay 2 x 12-hour night shifts 15.40 per hour How We'll Support You We know how important it is to feel confident in your role, so we'll make sure you're fully prepared: Paid classroom-based training when you join Paid induction shifts and ongoing supervision from our in-house nurses and supervisors Specialist training for any extra skills you need (for example, nutritional support) Opportunities to develop your skills and progress your career Benefits You'll Love 15.40 per hour Thorough induction and ongoing paid training Option to work towards an NVQ/Diploma Holiday Pay Company Pension Blue Light Card - we'll pay for it!
