Broking Support x 2 Cheltenham Salary c. 30k Both roles are replacements for current team members who are progressing into Account Handler/Junior Broker roles. Love detail? Thrive on process? Youll work side-by-side with expert Brokers, helping deliver standout service while building the skills you need to step into an Account Handler or Junior Broker role. This is a fast-paced, process-driven role with just enough client exposure to keep things interesting perfect for someone who loves getting things right and wants a clear career path in insurance.
