Deliver structured academic and pastoral guidance, motivating students and helping them build strong independent study habits. Act as a positive role model, promoting confidence, resilience, and ambition among learners. What Were Looking For A Sports Graduate (or similar discipline) with excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting young adults. Some understanding of Biology and the confidence to assist with teaching and learning in this subject. Previous experience in a school, college or youth-work setting is highly desirable.
