Were working with a well-known automotive group who are looking for an experienced Dealership Accountant to join their team. This position covers a busy site in the Gloucester area and would suit someone who enjoys being hands-on and involved in the day-to-day running of a dealership. The Role As the Dealership Accountant, youll take ownership of the accounts function across the site, ensuring all financial processes run smoothly and accurately. Youll prepare monthly accounts, support management with financial insights, and work closely with head office to maintain compliance and consistency across the group. The role will cover a 37 hour week - Monday to Friday. About You Were looking for someone who has solid experience within a dealership or automotive finance environment and can hit the ground running. Youll need to have: At least 2-3 years experience in a main dealer within a similar role Good knowledge of Kerridge (Rev8) or Keyloop systems Strong Excel and general Microsoft Office skills A confident, organised approach and great attention to detail The ability to explain financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues Ideally, youll hold (or be working towards) an AAT, CIMA, or ACCA qualification A full UK driving licence is essential as travel between sites will be required Whats on Offer This is a great opportunity to join a long-standing dealer group with an excellent reputation and a supportive working culture.
