?? Job Opportunity: Management Accountant FMCG Large and Growing Business We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Management Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. As a key contributor within our large, multi-site organisation, you will provide high-quality financial insight that directly supports strategic decision-making and drives business performance. ?? Key Responsibilities for Management Accountant Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, forecasts, and variance analysis Support budgeting processes and long-term financial planning Provide accuracy around freight and import costings, including VAT, Tax and monitoring of deliveries Maintain all the fixed asset amendments and compliance Responsible for intercompany reconciliations across different entities Analyse financial performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and efficiency improvements Monitor all stock movements, from materials through to finished goods and provide accurate stock values. Analyse manufacturing costs and margins, demonstrating control of variances and adding value if necessary Ensure strong financial controls and compliance with internal and external standards Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting processes and reduce costs ?? Favourable Attributes Preferrable fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent) or PQ will be considered Proven experience in a management accounting or similar analytical finance role Strong Excel and financial modelling capabilities Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across the business Highly organised, proactive, and confident working in a fast-paced, large-scale environment Commercially aware with a keen eye for detail Ability to mentor junior members of staff and lead by example ?
