What youll be doing: Youll join the team as a 360 consultant, responsible for both sourcing and filling the roles you bring on board. Youll be: Attracting the best talent for your clients Marketing and advertising vacancies by creating structured and compelling job advertisements via a multitube of job platforms and social media sites Conducting both telephone and face to face interviews Candidate relationship management Client relationship management Head hunting and talent screening New business calls to reach out to clients actively recruiting to sell our services and secure new roles Create talent pools of experienced candidates in the sector you specialize in Youll also have the benefit of being supported by an experienced recruitment team & sales team, alongside a back office and administrative team. Due to us being a well-established agency, youll be able to benefit from our top of the range tech including an industry leading CRM and ATS and access to already established talent pools dependent upon the sector you specialise in. Hours: Monday Thursday 9AM 5PM. Friday 9AM 1PM Our team can all take advantage of a 1 hour paid lunch break each day. We also offer a hybrid working model allowing you to spend 1 day of the week working from home. Pay: 30,000 - 60,000 per year. Basic salary dependent upon experience. Uncapped commission structure with no limit, allowing you to start earning commission from your very first placement. We offer a decent commission structure starting at 12% and rising to 20% of the placements fee. Requirements: At least 2 years recruitment experience in a 360 role within a recruitment agency A sound knowledge of the recruitment process and requirements The ability to create and develop lasting client relationships. A proven track record of client wins and meeting placement targets. Be within a 45-minute commute of our Sandbach office. Self-motivated and a strong ability to be self-sufficient and use initiative. Full UK driving license.
