The Role As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality components to customer specifications. This role offers both day and night shifts, giving flexibility for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Programming CNC machines using Fanuc / Heidenhain / Siemens or XYZ Setting and operating CNC machinery to produce precision components Reading and interpreting engineering drawings Adjusting tooling, speeds and feeds to achieve correct tolerances Performing in-process inspection and quality checks Working closely with production and engineering teams to optimise machining processes Maintaining a clean, safe and efficient working environment Requirements Previous experience as a CNC Programmer (Turning, Milling or both) Ability to read and understand technical drawings Confident with programming from scratch or editing at the machine Strong understanding of tooling, materials and machining principles Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Able to work independently or as part of a team Pay & Shift Details 18.00 - 21.00 per hour (depending on experience) Day and night shift options available Overtime available at enhanced rates At Adept Resourcing - Commercial & Engineering, we specialise in connecting companies with top talent that drives innovation, growth and success.
