The Role Were looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis. Youll be working on high-precision welded assemblies used in critical applications so attention to detail, pride in your work, and a commitment to quality are essential. Key responsibilities include: TIG and MIG welding of precision components (mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium) Working from engineering drawings and technical specifications Maintaining high-quality standards in line with aerospace and defence requirements Supporting fabrication and assembly work where required Contributing to a positive, safety-first workshop culture The Person Experienced Welder or Fabricator, ideally with aerospace, defence, or precision engineering background Confident with TIG welding (MIG experience advantageous) Able to interpret and work from technical drawings Reliable, detail-focused, and keen to produce work to exacting standards If you take pride in your craft and want to work on projects that really matter, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that values skill, quality, and people. ??
