Counterbalance FLT Driver People Solutions are currently recruiting for Counterbalance FLT Driver roles based near Broxburn . This is a full-time, ongoing temporary position offering steady hours and the opportunity to work within a supportive and well-established manufacturing team. Shifts Monday to Thursday 6:30AM to 4:00PM Friday 6:30AM to 3:30PM Rates of Pay 13.00 per hour Benefits Weekly pay Ongoing, long-term work (temp-to-perm contract) Fixed weekday shift pattern no weekend work Supportive training and onboarding Clean and safe working environment Day-to-Day Duties Operating a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently Moving pallets across the site Loading and unloading goods from vehicles Storing goods in designated warehouse or production areas Supporting general warehouse duties when required Following all site health and safety procedures Essential Skills Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB or equivalent) Experience using an FLT in a fast-paced environment Good awareness of health and safety practices Ability to work well as part of a team Flexibility to support operational needs Desirable Experience Experience working with large or loose products Background in food or industrial manufacturing Experience using FLTs with hooks or specialised attachments Training Provided Full training and paid site induction will be provided Apply If you're ready to secure your next role as a Counterbalance FLT Driver, apply now using the link below or get in touch with our recruitment team today.
