Paint Prepper High-End Automotive Projects Location: Bicester Pay: 17.0017.50 per hour Hours: MondayFriday, 7:0015:30 Breaks: 2 15-minute paid breaks + 1 30-minute unpaid break About the Role We are recruiting an experienced Paint Prepper on behalf of our client to join a specialist team working on high-end automotive projects . Youll be responsible for preparing panels to an exceptional standard, ensuring all surfaces are flawless before moving into the paint process. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong prep and filler skills who wants to work on premium, bespoke or performance-focused builds. Key Responsibilities Surface preparation of panels prior to paint Applying and shaping body filler to repair dents, marks and imperfections Sanding, blocking and smoothing surfaces to a high-quality finish Masking vehicles and parts accurately Working with metal, plastics and composite materials Inspecting panels for defects and correcting issues before painting Maintaining a clean and organised work area Collaborating with paint technicians and workshop teams to meet deadlines Requirements Confident and experienced with body filler work Strong background in panel preparation for automotive paint Ability to deliver consistent, high-quality prep work Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team Useful Experience (Not Essential) Working with carbon fibre or other composite materials Experience with Aresto Mod or similar specialist automotive processes If you are interested and think you be a great fit for this role APPLY NOW!
