The Role Behaviour Mentor Qualiteach are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join a mainstream secondary school in Hillingdon on a full-time, long-term basis starting ASAP. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will support students across KS3KS4 with behavioural, emotional, and social needs. You will work closely with students to help them regulate their behaviour, stay engaged in lessons, and develop positive coping strategies. You must have an enhanced DBS on the update service and at least one academic year of experience supporting SEMH or behavioural needs.
