Field Service Engineer (Coffee & Water Systems) London 35,000 38,000 + bonuses | Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Monday to Friday 45 hours per week Territory: On foot - London About Us A growing, family-run business supplying commercial coffee machines, boiling taps, and water dispensers to workplaces across the UK. Known for their fast, friendly service and customer-first approach, they are expanding their service team to keep up with strong demand. The Role Were looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Field Service Engineer to carry out planned maintenance / service visits on a range of coffee and water equipment. The candidate has the potential to develop in to a more skilled install & repair engineer if desired. Youll be on foot daily using public transport, visiting client sites to ensure every system delivers top performance and taste quality. Key Responsibilities Perform scheduled maintenance, sanitisation, and servicing of water dispensers, coffee machines, and boiling taps. Install and commission new coffee and water systems at customer sites. develop into this in time Respond to breakdowns and complete call-out repairs efficiently. develop into this in time Provide basic customer training and support on equipment use and upkeep. Complete service reports accurately and maintain parts and stock levels in your vehicle. What Were Looking For Experience: Basic understanding of equipment with a practical mindset. 2+ years working with coffee machines, water dispensers, vending machines, or similar equipment (preferred).
