Machine Operative Location: Tewkesbury Hours: 37.5 per week, 5 days over 7 (shift work - flexibility required) Salary: 13.17 per hour Contract Type: Full-time, permanent About the Role We are looking for a motivated Machine Operative to join a busy production team in Tewkesbury. This is an entry-level role in a fast-paced production environment, with hands-on experience operating a variety of machinery. Full training will be provided, so previous experience isn't essential. Key Responsibilities Operate a variety of machinery to produce and pack products. Pack finished products and prepare them for distribution. Maintain high standards of quality, health, and safety at all times. Follow all site procedures and report any issues promptly. Work flexibly to meet production demands and cover shifts as needed. Assist with training or supporting team members where required. Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors. What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
