Accountable Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a growing, Wrexham based, manufacturing organisation as they look to recruit a Management Accountant to join their busy finance team. This opportunity is ideal for an AAT qualified or ACCA/CIMA Part Qualified Accountant looking to build on their expeience and progress within a busy and hands on management accounting role. Salary/benefits: 40-45,000pa 37.5 hour working week 1 day from home per week (post probation) Life Assurance Private Medical Job Duties: Lead the preparation and delivery of monthly management accounts and financial reports. Perform detailed variance analysis and provide insights to support business performance. Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and ensure financial integrity. Manage the fixed asset register and depreciation schedules. Prepare and review accruals, prepayments, and other key journals. Coordinate the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts. Support statutory reporting and year-end audit processes. Ensure compliance with VAT, Intrastat, and EC Sales reporting requirements. Provide financial guidance and support for department managers and senior leadership. Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and other third-party stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems Ideal experience AAT Qualified, working towards ACCA or CIMA is desirable. Previous experience in management accounting role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced Excel skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. TPBN1_UKTJ
