HR Advisor Vacancy, Accrington, Lancashire 33,000-35,000 Circa Office based 39 hours per week HR Recruit is currently seeking an experienced HR professional to join our expanding company based in Accrington, Lancashire. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly created with an organisation in the education/care sector. The purpose of the role is to provide comprehensive HR and Recruitment support ensuring that all of our processes are focused on providing the best possible outcomes. You must hold a valid driving license to be considered for the role. Role Responsibilities Manage the recruitment and probation process for staff Overseeing the efficient DBS process under safer recruitment in Education procedures. To ensure all Personnel records (including electronic files) are accurate and kept up to date and confidential Providing advice and guidance to leaders and managers to ensure a first class HR service. To ensure HR matters are conducted in line with best practice To liaise with payroll over changes to staff pay To arrange staff induction. To undertake delivery of the absence management administration including return to work forms and absence meetings To monitor and manage staff medical certificates. Assisting in implementing training plans and creating pathways for employees. To provide general administration support as required. Manage issuing of annual salary statements and data collection forms to all staff annually. Assist with the annual updating of the Personnel handbook. Developing and implementing strategies to optimise employee engagement. Maintain records of staff appraisals. Ensure they are completed in a timely manner. Ensure staff leaver processes are followed, including destruction of documentation (paper and electronic). Person Specification Experience of working within an educational setting is an advantage but not essential CIPD Level 5 Strong numeracy and literacy skills Self-motivating with the proven ability to multi-task Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to communicate effectively You must hold a valid driving license In return you will receive a salary of between 33,000-35,000 circa (depending on experience) HR Recruit are a national HR focused recruitment agency.We have a team of focused, expert HR executives, proven amongst the leaders in the marketplace.
