As a Childrens Support Worker, you will be supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis across KS1KS4 with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, complex needs and challenging behaviour. The role requires a passionate, patient and resilient individual with strong behaviour management skills and experience supporting children with additional needs.
