Recruitment Administrator Location: Colchester Salary: 19500 - 23000 per annum Full time availability: 9:00 AM5:30 PM (MondayFriday) Looking for a role where your efforts directly contribute to the success of the business? Youll serve as the companys first impression, welcoming both prospective candidates and current sales team members. With a dynamic, motivated office atmosphere, our client seeks someone with a like-minded attitude to join their recruitment team and help propel their business forward. The role will include mostly recruitment with some general admin / reception duties. Recruitment Administrator Requirements: A vibrant and energetic personality A proactive, solution-oriented mindset The ability to deal with a diverse group of people Strong organisational skills paired with exceptional attention to detail The ability to use their own initiative within a varied role A strong drive to meet targets and the ability to stay self-motivated Exceptional communication skills in English, as you will spend a good amount of your time on the phone or speaking face to face with people While experience in sales or recruitment isnt required, it would be an advantage, as we know those with a sales background love to chat!
