Permanent Role: £50KFull Time: 3 days in central office, based in MaidenheadJob Description: Retail Media Strategy LeadThis role is responsible for leading the development and execution of retail media strategies across key European and US retail partners to drive incremental net sales growth. Acting as a bridge between ecommerce and in-store media, the position works closely with local markets to deliver both commercial impact and long-term shopper engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of retail media activation plans across major bricks-and-mortar and online retailers (e.g., Boots, Superdrug, Tesco, , Rossmann, etc.).Build and manage joint business plans (JBPs) with local markets to drive retailer media activity and deliver short-term sales uplift and sustained shopper engagement.Partner with ecommerce and shopper marketing teams to ensure retail media investments align with commercial priorities and global playbooks.Analyse and report on media performance and ROI, connecting spend to sales growth and category performance.Explore opportunities in offline retail media—such as digital screens, point-of-sale activations and loyalty programmes—and integrate them into omnichannel campaigns.Collaborate with global markets to share best practices, develop measurement frameworks and contribute to the evolution of the global retail media strategy.Work closely with Digital Shelf and Ratings & Reviews teams to ensure that product pages effectively convert the traffic driven by retail media.Experience & Qualifications4–5 years’ experience in digital commerce, shopper marketing or media within FMCG/CPG.Hands-on experience with retailer media platforms (e.g., Tesco Media & Insight, Boots Media Group, Amazon Ads, CitrusAds, Criteo, etc.).A pragmatic, no-nonsense, can-do mindset; strong team player with a willingness to learn and collaborate with both local and international colleagues.Cross-market experience and ease navigating cultural and operational differences across Europe and the US.
