SAAF Education is looking for dedicated and experienced SEN Tutors to support children with additional needs across Hull and East Riding . This is an excellent opportunity to work 1:1 or in small groups, helping pupils with a range of learning, behavioural, and developmental challenges reach their full potential. We are seeking tutors who are passionate about making a positive difference, can adapt their approach to individual needs, and have strong communication skills. Competitive hourly or daily rates Flexible working patterns to suit your availability Recommend a Friend bonus of 150 Access to SEN support opportunities across multiple primary schools Support from an experienced Education Consultant Opportunities for professional development and CPD Role Responsibilities As a SEN Tutor, you may be required to: Deliver tailored 1:1 or small group support for pupils with additional needs Support pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other learning difficulties Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised learning plans Monitor progress and provide regular feedback Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual pupil needs Requirements Experience supporting children with SEN in schools, or other educational settings Patience, empathy, and a flexible approach Strong communication and teamwork skills A current DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one through SAAF Education Relevant teaching qualification required SAAF Education is committed to Safer Recruitment and adheres to APSCo compliance standards.
