Start Date: TBA Are you an experienced Registered Building Inspector looking to take the next step in your career? We're seeking a Principal RBI to play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of building regulation compliance across a diverse range of projects.The Role Hold at least Class 2A-F competency (Class 3 desirable).Provide expert technical advice on all building control matters.Carry out detailed inspections of building works in progress.Ensure full compliance with Building Regulations at plan check, throughout construction, and at final inspection.Manage an appropriate caseload of applications efficiently.Work collaboratively with internal departments and fellow RBIs, including on council-led schemes.Support, assist, and deputise for the Team Manager when required.Attend the office at least 2 days per week (or as required).Ready to take the next step? xjdpvnf Apply directly via the advert and we'll be in touch to discuss your application.
