Weighbridge/ Office Administrator Location: Henfield Employment Type: 50 hours per week Salary : 12.21 per hour Department: Operations / Administration Reports to: Henfield Site Manager Role Overview We are seeking a reliable and organised Weighbridge / Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations at our Henfield site. This role is primarily office-based but you will be required to help with the operational duties on site. Duties will be assigned based on the sites needs. The position is based within a waste operations environment. While the majority of duties are carried out in an office setting, the successful candidate should be comfortable working within an active waste operational site and stepping outside when required. Key Responsibilities Operating the weighbridge system to accurately record vehicle weights Processing delivery and collection documentation Data entry and maintaining accurate records Answering telephone calls and dealing with drivers and visitors professionally Supporting the site team with general administrative tasks Assisting with traffic management and vehicle coordination when required Ensuring compliance with site procedures and health 'safety standards Keeping documents up to date and filing them correctly Audit and order required equipment/items for the site. Skills & Experience Strong administrative and organisational skills Confident using computers and standard office systems Good communication skills and a professional manner Able to work independently and as part of the team Willingness to learn and develop within the role No specific qualifications are required full training will be provided.
