SEN Teaching Assistant- Banbury Start Date: January 2026 Pay Scale: 89.00-100.00 per day A 'good' mainstream primary school in Banbury, Oxfordshire are looking for a team of SEN teaching assistants to help support their pupils with additional and complex needs. The school approaches SEN support within the classroom as a priority and are looking for candidates who are pro-active and engaging in their approach to support. In this SEN Teaching Assistant role, you will: Support children inside and outside of the classroom setting Support children by adapting teaching to suit individual needs Identify and act on areas of learning that need extra attention Be compassionate and pro- active towards SEN support Promote positive behaviour and behaviour management If you come from a background in primary SEN support or similar, or have a background in psychology and would like to exercise your expertise within a classroom, we would love to hear from you!
