Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer W e are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Building Services Engineer to join the on-site engineering team at a prestigious City of London skyscraper, just a short walk from Fenchurch Street. Working on a continental shift rota, youll be responsible for maintaining critical building services across a high-profile, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Planned and reactive maintenance across a range of building systems Fault finding and repairs on fan coil units (FCUs), TMVs, lighting systems, pumps, AHUs and general HVAC plant Electrical & mechanical troubleshooting (depending on skill bias) Ensuring building compliance, safe systems of work and high engineering standards Supporting BMS operation and responding to alarms Working closely with the on-site engineering team to maintain a world-class facility Skills & Experience Recognised electrical or mechanical qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent) Strong experience with fan coil units, TMVs, lighting, and general building services equipment Confident working autonomously on a shift basis Excellent communication and client-facing skills Proven background in commercial building maintenance preferably high-rise or critical sites What We Offer Continental shift pattern (days & nights) Competitive salary + shift allowance Excellent training and development opportunities A chance to work in one of Londons most iconic buildings If youre a reliable, proactive engineer looking for your next challenge, wed love to hear from you.
