About the Role We are seeking a motivated and reliable Production Operatives to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently Using hand tools as required Assemble and package products according to quality standards Perform routine quality checks and report any issues promptly Maintain a clean and organised work environment Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe workplace Collaborate with team members to meet production targets Adapt to changing production needs and shifts as required The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Good communication skills and a positive attitude Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and equipment Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours Commitment to upholding company values, including diversity, equality, and inclusion The workplace temperature varies with the seasons it can be colder in winter and warm or hot in summer, so suitable clothing is recommended.
